Payment and Refund Policy
PAYMENT METHODS
eSouqs accepts credit card readers on delivery, cash on delivery and online payments.
- Online payments using Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX (valid for UAE only) credit/debit card in AED (or any other currency) are accepted.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with Souqs shall be administered and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- The cardholder must maintain a copy of transaction records.
RETURN & REFUNDS
The refund will be initiated to the original payment method. However, refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in the customer account after processing when it comes to online transactions.
